Information regarding the amounts of transactions carried out by Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S. with entities within its risk group in 2025, together with related disclosures, is presented in Footnote VII of Section Five of the year-end consolidated financial statements included in the Annual Report.

In 2025, all transactions conducted between Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S. and its controlling shareholder, subsidiaries of the controlling shareholder, and subsidiaries of Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S. were carried out under market conditions and within the framework of ordinary banking activities. Based on the conditions known at the time when each transaction was performed or each action was taken or avoided, it has been concluded that an appropriate consideration was obtained in each case, and that there were no measures taken or omitted that could have caused any loss to the Company. Accordingly, it has been determined that there were no transactions or actions requiring any equalization.
