Corporate Banking
Ziraat Katilim's Corporate Banking activities are carried out for corporate, commercial, and private banking customers. The Bank adopts the principle of delivering products and services tailored to customer needs through the most appropriate touchpoints. In line with this approach, its service structure is shaped across different channels based on customer segmentation.
Corporate customers are served through 6 corporate branches operating in 3 cities. Corporate branches, together with digital banking channels, constitute the main touchpoints for this business line. In cities where no corporate branches are present, both commercial and corporate customers are served through commercial branches. Banking services for commercial customers are delivered through 19 commercial branches operating in 11 cities and are supported by relationship managers, digital banking channels, and the call center.
In order to provide uninterrupted and high-quality service through all preferred customer touchpoints, the Bank manages its physical and digital channels within an integrated structure.
The delivery of Private Banking services is supported by 8 Private Banking Portfolio (Corner) points located within branches. In these areas, dedicated one-to-one services are provided to private banking customers. In addition to face-to-face services, banking transactions can also be performed through remote service channels, including a multilingual WhatsApp line, mobile application, and internet banking.
By establishing sustainable and long-term relationships with its customers, the Bank aims to offer products, services, and advisory solutions tailored to evolving needs. Portfolio management in Corporate Branch Banking and Commercial Branch Banking business lines is carried out with a proactive approach. Portfolio strategies are developed by taking into account country, regional, and sectoral risks. In line with regulations on securities and growth and provisioning, marginal costs are carefully considered; in Turkish lira financing, transactions focus on net exporting companies, investment financing, and leasing and sale and leaseback products, while in foreign currency financing, growth oriented transactions are prioritized. Regulatory developments are closely monitored, and fund and financing marketing activities are conducted to ensure control of funding costs and the preservation of a sustainable profitability balance.
Within the portfolio structure, customer distribution is managed on a business line basis, and cross selling initiatives are carried out to increase product utilization. In Corporate Branch Banking, targeted growth is pursued with a focus on efficiency in line with regulatory requirements.
In Corporate and Commercial Banking business lines, Ziraat Katilim continues to provide financing support to companies that contribute to the national economy through production, employment, and exports, with a diversified range of funded and non funded financing products. Funded financing is structured to include solutions for working capital and investment needs, installment based financing, foreign currency financing, and project based solutions. On the non funded side, instruments such as letters of guarantee, letters of credit, and guarantee structures supporting foreign trade transactions are utilized. Financing instruments are tailored in line with companies' operational cycles, investment plans, and trade volumes. The Bank will continue to enhance its support to companies engaged in production, employment, and exports through its diversified funded and non funded financing solutions.
Ziraat Katilim Corporate Banking offers a wide range of services including funded and non funded financing products, foreign trade finance, cash management, collection and payment solutions, commercial cards, investment and treasury applications, project finance, advisory services, and digital banking solutions. The Bank continues to provide financial support to both the public and private sectors and supports its customers through project and investment financing, financial leasing, as well as import and export financing transactions. In addition, financing and guarantee programs carried out in cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank, KGF, KFK, and Eximbank are actively utilized.
In the field of funding and liquidity management innovative solutions are developed for customer use. Within this scope, customers can perform equity transactions in compliance with participation finance principles, manage their daily liquidity through Instant Daily Account and Accumulated Savings Account products, and evaluate their savings across different maturities. With the integration of MoneyGram, domestic and international money transfer processes have been strengthened in terms of speed and security, while enhancements in the Direct Debit System have improved collection and supply chain processes. The Supplier Financing System offers early collection opportunities that support companies' cash flow management.
In 2025, integration efforts with intermediary institutions providing digital platform services were completed for the Supplier Financing System. New SFS and Direct Debit System agreements were implemented with corporate and commercial customers. These solutions are delivered through a common infrastructure by Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, and Retail Banking units, serving corporate, commercial, and retail customers. For the Supplier Financing System, an infrastructure coordinated with cash management and a pilot application were put into operation, while on the Direct Debit System side, main company connections were established to activate commercial, SME, and retail customers.

Foreign Trade Finance
In Corporate and Commercial Banking business lines, Ziraat Katilim offers products that address financing needs related to foreign trade transactions. Financing requirements arising at different stages of export and import processes are evaluated based on the nature of the transaction and the maturity structure. Within this framework, financing structures are utilized to meet cash needs associated with the movement of goods and services subject to foreign trade transactions. During the period, financing solutions for exporting customers were further developed, and the scope of foreign trade finance applications was expanded.
Foreign trade finance practices are carried out to cover financing needs related to export preparation, pre shipment and post shipment periods, as well as import transactions. The aim is to support the balance of cash flows arising from foreign trade activities and to ensure the continuity of transactions.

Financing Products Supporting Exports and Exporters
In Corporate and Commercial Banking business lines, Ziraat Katilim carries out export and investment-oriented financing practices through institutional collaborations, in addition to financing solutions provided from its own resources. Within this framework, collaboration-based practices supporting exporters and manufacturing companies in accessing finance were further developed during the period.
Partnerships that support access to finance are carried out with Katilim Finans Kefalet A.S., Kredi Garanti Fonu, and T"rk Eximbank. Within the scope of protocols signed with Katilim Finans Kefalet A.S., guarantee support mechanisms are implemented for investment and capacity increase oriented transactions. Financing structures backed by guarantees from Kredi Garanti Fonu are also among the applications that facilitate customers' access to finance. Within the framework of cooperation with T"rk Eximbank, products such as Participation Based Receivables Insurance and Interest Free Financial Leasing Financing, which are linked to assurance and investment, have been made available for use by the relevant business lines for export-oriented customers.

Financial Leasing
Ziraat Katilim is among the leading institutions within the participation finance structure in the field of financial leasing, with its developed practices and transaction volume, and maintained its sector leadership in financial leasing in 2025. Throughout the year, the focus on diversifying the customer portfolio in financial leasing receivables continued, while transaction volume and customer reach were further increased.'
Financial leasing transactions provide an alternative financing model for businesses, offering advantages such as maturity flexibility, collateral structure, VAT benefits, and payment plans aligned with cash flows. Financial leasing and investment support provided to public and private sector companies are structured in line with customer needs and investment characteristics. As of year, end 2025, Ziraat Katilim's financial leasing volume reached TL 87.3 billion, while the total size of the financial leasing sector was TL 642 billion, with the Bank's market share at 14% in this field.
Financial leasing products include sale and leaseback transactions, leasing for machinery and equipment investments, and long-term investment financing structures. For companies with long-term financing needs, sale and leaseback transactions were predominantly utilized. Through this method, companies are able to convert their assets into liquidity within a leasing model, thereby accessing working capital and investment financing. Within the integrated financial leasing model, transactions were carried out particularly for investments in manufacturing, machinery and equipment, and renewable energy. Within the scope of KFK protocols, financial leasing support packages were implemented for facility expansion, modernization, and energy efficiency investments.
Under the interest free financial leasing program developed in cooperation with Eximbank, financing was provided to exporting companies, manufacturers producing for export, and businesses engaged in foreign currency generating activities. Investments and production expenditures related to exports and foreign currency earning activities are supported through financial leasing. In addition, Participation Based Receivables Insurance and Interest Free Financial Leasing Financing products offered in cooperation with T'rk Eximbank have been made available for use by the relevant business lines.
Digital Banking Solutions
In 2025, various enhancements were implemented in digital banking applications offered to the Bank's customers. Katilim Mobil and the internet branch were redesigned in terms of both interface and content, with improvements aimed at facilitating user access.
The process enabling equity trading transactions via the Ziraat Katilim Mobile application was completed. Customers are informed about Katilim Digital, Mobile Banking, and the Instant Market application and are directed to digital channels.
In addition, website design efforts for Private Banking customers have been completed and made available for use.
Financing Support for Agricultural Production
In 2025, financing practices for the agricultural sector within Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking business lines were carried out with an expanded scope. Subsidized and non subsidized financing products aimed at supporting production, efficiency, and capacity increases are offered to producers. The mechanization, modernization, and investment needs of individual and corporate customers engaged in agricultural activities are supported through these products. The agricultural sector is among the Bank's priority areas due to its contribution to the continuity of production, rural development, and the real economy. During the period, a KFK guaranteed agricultural financing package was introduced.
In agricultural financing, repayment structures are determined by taking into account production cycles and harvest periods. Within the Corporate Branch Banking business line, financing solutions are provided for renewable energy investments, processing of agricultural products, land acquisition, and agricultural machinery parks. In the Commercial Banking business line, a wide range of products is offered for crop and livestock production as well as agro based industrial activities. Financing solutions are provided for land acquisition and consolidation, livestock farming, greenhouse investments, high value added crop production, pressurized irrigation systems, licensed warehousing, cold storage facilities, and contract farming models. By increasing its support to agriculture in 2025, the Bank expanded its agricultural financing volume to exceed TL 45 billion by year end.

Sustainability Focused Financing
Ziraat Katilim incorporates financing practices that consider environmental and social impacts within the scope of its Corporate and Commercial Banking activities. Financing solutions for renewable energy, green transition, and responsible investment areas are evaluated within a framework aligned with participation finance principles. This approach addresses economic development, environmental considerations, and long term value creation in an integrated manner. Within the framework of its sustainability policy and across the banking service cycle, the Bank offers products and services with environmental and social impact and provides financing for environmentally friendly projects, thereby creating a significant incentive in the field of sustainability. Ziraat Katilim plans to increase the financing it provides for projects aimed at expanding renewable energy and environmentally friendly agricultural practices. Private Banking
In the Private Banking business line, Ziraat Katilim offers investment strategies and innovative product solutions tailored to high net worth customers, while adopting a holistic and personalized banking approach that extends beyond financial needs to encompass the lifestyle expectations of customers and their families. Within this framework, portfolio management, dedicated fund pools, participation-based investment products, and customized financing solutions are structured in line with customer needs and expectations.
Portfolio Management and Investment Solutions
The portfolio management approach is developed with a focus on sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Diversified, participation-based investment solutions aligned with different risk and return preferences are offered, and access to investment products is facilitated through digital channels. In this context, fund structures such as Ziraat Portfolio Multi Asset Participation Funds and Basak Participation Hedge FX Funds have been included in the portfolio for private banking customers. With the establishment of a digital and transparent monitoring infrastructure, real time tracking of portfolios has been enabled.
Advisory and Expertise Services
Solutions offered to Private Banking customers are supported by advisory services. In this scope, Company Valuation Services, Software Consultancy, and Cash and Precious Metals Transportation Services have been introduced. Through the integrated development of product diversity, digitalization, and advisory capabilities, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in portfolio management processes have been strengthened.
Family Banking Practices
The Family Banking model is implemented within the Private Banking business line. Through this model, spouses and children of customers are also included within the scope of private banking services. Within the Family Banking framework, customized financing products, savings accounts, and participation funds have been offered, while the service scope has been expanded with Medline Emergency Health, insurance, car rental, and advisory services. With the implementation of the first phase of the Family Banking management and reporting infrastructure, the monitoring of family-based customer relationships has been systematized. Accessibility has been enhanced through multilingual advisory services and dedicated private banking communication channels.
Expansion of Product and Service Portfolio
In 2025, the product and service portfolio for the Private Banking business line was further expanded. Discounted offerings in insurance products, as well as customer privileges in car rental and cultural and arts activities, were introduced. Services such as international education consultancy, insurance and company valuation advisory, software and promotion consultancy, and VIP Hajj and Umrah consultancy were made available to customers. In addition, the current lease account and savings accounts designed for retirement, education, and Hajj and Umrah purposes were added to the product set.
Integrated Structure Across Units
Through collaboration among internal units, the product and service infrastructure offered to Private Banking customers is developed within an integrated structure. As part of initiatives carried out with digital banking units, sector specific blogs on investment products have been launched, while open banking applications, donation and zakat platforms, and dedicated private banking website and mobile application have been introduced. As a result of coordinated efforts with financing products management, international banking, and financial markets units, the scope of customized financing and investment products has been further expanded.
End to End Integrated Value Proposition
In line with its value proposition defined in its mission, Ziraat Katilim takes into account customer needs and expectations and delivers its services within the framework of participation banking principles. Banking products and services are differentiated based on customer specific value propositions, and applications addressing the financial needs of customers are carried out across corporate, commercial, private banking, and agricultural banking segments through a wide range of products, services, and solutions. Value propositions developed for different customer groups are designed to enhance both customer experience and service efficiency.
Customer focused and customized service approaches are developed by considering the differing needs and expectations of corporate, commercial, and private banking customers. In this context, customer expectations, transaction behaviors, and financial needs are regularly analyzed, and based on these insights, products, services, and value propositions are continuously reviewed and improved.
On the commercial banking side, sustainable growth, digitalization, and strengthening financial support to the real sector have been identified as strategic priorities for 2026 and beyond. It is envisaged to expand the diversity of commercial products, deepen investment, working capital, and foreign trade financing particularly for SMEs and commercial customers, increase the share of sustainable and green financing-oriented projects, and develop funding structures that take environmental and social impact criteria into account. In addition, it is aimed to provide more qualified advisory and financing solutions to commercial customers through a sectoral specialization approach, to enhance the branch and customer management model with a focus on efficiency, and to increase product utilization on a customer basis.
In private banking, the value proposition is structured around a holistic service approach that addresses not only customers' financial needs but also the lifestyle expectations of both customers and their families. Financing, investment, savings, and insurance solutions are offered under a single roof, supported by exclusive support and assistance services, with a focus on building long term trust and sustainable value creation. With the introduction of Family Banking and Medline Emergency Health services, and the inclusion of cultural and arts, education, insurance, and Hajj and Umrah advisory services into the portfolio, the private banking value proposition has become stronger and more diversified as of 2025.
Efforts are ongoing to enhance the geographical reach and service depth of private banking activities. In this context, it is planned to expand portfolio corner points, focus on acquiring new retail customers, and establish visit programs for private banking clients. Strategic priorities include integrating privileged products and services for private banking into the Katilim Mobil application, introducing exclusive credit card solutions for private banking customers, implementing a dedicated private banking branch model, and evaluating international representative offices. In parallel with the expansion of the international customer portfolio, efforts are underway to increase the number of foreign language options offered in services.
