Emin Hocaoglu
Head of Audit Board

Emin Hocaoglu was born in Istanbul in 1986. He graduated from the Department of Economics at Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics in 2008 and completed the Foreign Trade programme at Anadolu University in 2010. He obtained his master's degree in Financial Markets and Investment Management from Marmara University in 2022. He began his professional career in the procurement department of Eczacibasi-Monrol Nuclear Products, a healthcare company within the Eczacibasi Group. Following a change in his career path, he moved into the banking sector and, after a six-month period as Assistant Inspector at Sekerbank T.A.S., he joined T.C. Ziraat Bankasi A.S. as Assistant Inspector. After serving more than eight years as Inspector at the Audit Board of Ziraat Bankasi, he joined Ziraat Katilim on 4 March 2019 as Deputy Head of the Audit Board. Since 28 July 2021, he has continued to serve as Head of the Audit Board.

Semih Turhan
Head of Internal Control Department

Semih Turhan was born in Erzurum in 1980. He completed his undergraduate studies in Economics at Dokuz Eyl"l University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, and his master's degree in Business Administration at Atat"rk University, Institute of Social Sciences. He also holds a degree in Justice from Anadolu University. He began his professional career in a private consultancy company providing ISO 9001 certification and Total Quality Management advisory services. In 2007, he started his banking career as Assistant Internal Controller at Ziraat Bankasi. As of 2015, he continued his career at Ziraat Katilim, where he took part in the establishment phase of the Bank. Following his roles as Branch Manager in Erzurum and 'ayirova branches, he has been serving as Head of Internal Control Department since September 2023.

Serdal Erg'n
Head of Compliance Department

Serdal Erg"n was born in Artvin in 1984. He graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Mugla Sitki Ko"man University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2006. He began his professional career in the tourism group companies of Dogan Holding as Revenue and Credit Controller. After holding various positions in the accounting departments of MNG Holding group companies, he changed his career path and transitioned to the banking sector. In 2010, he began his banking career as Assistant Internal Controller at Ziraat Bankasi and, as of 2020, continued his career at Ziraat Katilim as Compliance Manager. On 29 August 2024, Mr. Erg'n was appointed as Acting Head of Compliance Department and continues to serve in this role.

Yasin 'zbey
Head of Risk Management Department

Yasin "zbey was born in Istanbul in 1981. He graduated from the Department of Economics at Erciyes University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 2003. He completed his master's degree in Business Administration in 2011 and obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licence in 2012. He began his professional career at Anadolu Finance Institution Inc. in the Financial Affairs Group Directorate, Financial Control Service, where he served as Financial Control Officer between 2004 and 2008. He took part in the merger process of Anadolu Finance Institution and Family Finance Institution. From 2008 to 2013, he served in the Audit and Statutory Reporting Service of the Financial Control and Reporting Directorate at Türkiye Finans Participation Bank. Following roles in statutory reporting functions at Aktifbank and Albaraka T"rk, he joined Ziraat Bankasi on 1 December 2014 as part of the establishment process of Ziraat Katilim Bankasi. After serving as Financial Control Officer in the Financial Coordination Department and as Retail Officer at K'tahya Branch, he was appointed as Balance Sheet and Operational Risk Manager within the Risk Management Department in April 2018. Since 9 May 2022, he has been serving as Head of Risk Management Department at Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S.
