Funding and Liquidity Management
Ziraat Katilim's funding and liquidity management activities are carried out within the framework of fund collection, effective cash flow management, insurance products, and digital payment solutions. Through the products and services developed in this scope, the Bank's liquidity management is supported, while solutions aligned with customer needs and participation banking principles are offered.
Insurance Management
Within the scope of Insurance Management, solutions are offered to both retail and corporate customers through participation-based insurance products. As of 2025, the product portfolio includes Participation Based Domestic and International Receivables Insurance, Premium Refund Life Insurance, My Family is Secured Insurance, My Future is Secured Insurance, Bereket Additional Commission, and Bereket Property products. In addition, service diversity has been enhanced with Online Leasing Insurance and Traffic Insurance products offered with employee discount practices.
With a sustainability focus, DASK, Traffic, Motor Own Damage, and Property Insurance products have been integrated into the Bank's mobile application. Through this integration, paper usage and processing times have been reduced, and operational cost savings have been achieved.
Furthermore, a QR code scanning system has been introduced to enable rapid action in Traffic and Motor Own Damage transactions, and the Online Leasing product, which allows for quick quotation in leasing transactions, has been made available. The Solar Energy Systems Insurance product provides coverage against sudden and unexpected damages as well as earthquake risks for solar energy systems.
Within the scope of funding and liquidity management activities, collaborations are established with various external stakeholders to enhance product diversity and to offer accessible, reliable, and participation based solutions to customers.
Through collaborations with Bereket Sigorta, products such as Doctor with Me Insurance, Property Package Insurance, My Family is Secured Insurance, Online Leasing Insurance, and Agricultural Life Insurance are offered. Through cooperation with Türkiye Katilim Sigorta, long term financial security solutions are provided via the My Future is Secured Insurance product, while the Premium Refund Life Insurance product is offered to customers through the partnership with Türkiye Hayat Emeklilik. In cooperation with Eximbank, Participation Based Domestic and International Receivables Insurance products have been developed to support foreign trade activities. Within the scope of state supported agricultural insurance, policies are issued through the TARSIM system via collaborations with Bereket Sigorta and Türkiye Katilim Sigorta.
Through these products, it is aimed to meet the insurance needs of retail and commercial customers across different risk areas, enhance their level of financial security, and diversify the Bank's product portfolio.
As of 2026, it is planned to manage insurance reporting through the Bank's artificial intelligence based assistant "Kasif" and to make Complementary Health Insurance available via online and mobile digital channels.
Fund and Investment Products Management
The Instant Daily Account, Elibol Account, and Shared Account products provide benefits to both the Bank and its customers in terms of risk diversification and return optimization.
Within the scope of fund and investment products, fund collection activities are carried out through participation accounts, current accounts, and fund accounts. In 2025, new products such as the Shared Account, Social Media Content Creator Account, and Home Production Account were developed.
Through hybrid products such as the Instant Daily Account, Elibol Account, and Shared Account, profit share distribution in fund collection processes is carried out by taking financing rates into consideration. These products contribute to both the Bank and its customers by enabling risk distribution and optimizing returns.
The Shared Account product is designed for qualified investors and enables savings to be allocated partly to Participation Accounts and partly to the Ziraat Portfolio Shared Account Money Market Participation Free Fund ZPH. While the Shared Account provides customers with higher return potential through its return maximizing structure, the ZPH fund also offers tax advantages for corporate customers.
The Accumulated Savings Account, which allows customers to evaluate their savings periodically and for specific purposes, is offered to customers who wish to benefit from advantageous profit sharing rates for defined goals such as education, military service, Hajj, Umrah, and retirement. This product enables customers to accumulate savings in a planned manner while benefiting from favorable profit share rates.
In cooperation with Ziraat Investment, the Bank has completed infrastructure development to offer equity trading services in compliance with participation finance principles. Customers can perform equity trading, transfers, and public offering transactions. Through the Bank's channels, equity transactions can be carried out for companies listed in the Participation Index. Public offering processes have been improved, and the transfer of brokerage transactions from Ziraat Bank to Ziraat Katilim has been enabled.
In 2026, the Bank aims to enhance the efficiency of fund management processes and diversify the investment solutions offered to customers through the continued development of new products such as the Advantageous Account, Calculation Tool, and the New Fund Pricing Module.
Cash Management and Payment Systems
Katilim Dijital facilitates customers' e-transformation processes while also contributing to the reduction of environmental impacts.
In 2025, the Cash Management Department completed key projects including the Secure Payment Operator Role, Request to Pay, and Virtual IBAN. In addition, FinTech collaborations were implemented within the scope of the Pension Promotion System Enhancement Project and the Supplier Financing System.
As of 2025, Katilim Dijital and Findeks products stood out among cash management applications. Within the scope of Katilim Dijital, the digital approval process was completed, reducing the need for physical documentation used in bundled product sales and contributing to lower paper consumption. Through the collaboration with Findeks, an additional commission and incentive agreement was established for Findeks package sales, resulting in a significant increase in commission income compared to previous years.
Supplier Financing is a financial solution that enables suppliers providing goods or services to a buyer company to convert their receivables arising from sales into cash under favorable financial conditions without waiting for invoice maturity. In 2025, cooperation and integration efforts were carried out with FinTech companies such as Figopara, Faturalab, Octet, and Colendi B2B. These initiatives aim to expand the product's reach, optimize processes, and enhance the effectiveness of digital solutions in supply chain finance.
The Direct Debit System (DDS) is a cash management product that enables companies with extensive dealer and distribution networks to automatically collect invoiced receivables from their dealers and distributors. The increase in invoice collection volume through DDS contributes to improved account efficiency.
MoneyGram was introduced to provide fast, secure, and accessible solutions for customers' domestic and international money transfer needs. Through MoneyGram integration, money transfers can be carried out with identification only, without the need for a bank account. This integration enables transfers to more than 200 countries and allows incoming transfers from abroad to be received, providing significant convenience, especially for families, expatriate workers, and students.
Request to Pay is a system that allows the requesting party to electronically request a payment from the payer for a specified amount. With the integration of the Request to Pay system into FAST, both the requesting and paying parties can quickly complete transactions via the Katilim Mobil application.
Within the scope of bill and institutional payment services, system updates were implemented for institutions transacting through Ziraat Bank, and the service scope was expanded by including new institutions.
The Social Media Content Creator Account is a special current account product that enables the automatic taxation and collection of income generated by content creators through social media, without the need for declaration.
The Home Production Account is a special demand deposit account offered to domestic customers holding a Craftsmen Tax Exemption Certificate, who produce goods at home without using industrial scale machinery and offer them for sale through digital platforms. Accounts can be opened in Turkish lira, US dollars, and euros. This product supports the integration of home based producers into the financial system while contributing to the economy by enabling tax advantages.
The School Collection System (SCS) Development Project, offered to private schools, universities, and parents of students, enables tuition payments to be automatically transferred to the school's account in line with a predefined payment plan.
Cash management activities are being restructured on the basis of funded and non funded products. Within this scope, the Protocol Management Department has been established, addressing customer experience as an end to end strategic capability. Through a product focused approach and value generating solutions, the Bank aims to support sustainable growth and achieve a competitive advantage.
