Ziraat Katilim delivers its participation banking activities through physical and digital service channels that span across the country. The Bank provides accessible, multi-channel services through a network structured to address the diverse needs of retail, commercial, private banking, and agricultural banking segments. With its Head Office in Istanbul, 225 domestic branches and 2 overseas branches and a total workforce of 3,140 employees, the Bank serves more than 1.5 million customers. This extensive structure supports uninterrupted access to different customer groups.
Ziraat Katilim's branch structure consists of retail, commercial, corporate, and international business lines. In 2025, the Bank expanded its service network by opening 17 new domestic branches and continues its operations through 200 retail branches, 19 commercial branches, 6 corporate branches and 2 overseas branches In addition, 8 Private Banking Portfolio (Corner) points operate within branches to support tailored service delivery aligned with specific customer needs.
Through its branch expansion activities, Ziraat Katilim aims to promote the widespread adoption of the interest-free finance system across the country. Branches located in provinces with intensive agricultural production contribute to improving access to financial services and supporting rural development. Through its overseas branches the Bank seeks to represent Türkiye in the global arena and extend participation banking activities beyond borders.
The Bank's service network is further supported by ATMs and digital channels. As of 2025, Ziraat Katilim has 138 ATMs, of which 134 are located within branches and 4 are in off-branch locations. The Bank is a member of Türkiye's ATM Center (TAM ATM) platform, which allows customers of public banks to perform transactions free of charge. Through this integrated structure with public bank ATMs, Ziraat Katilim provides its customers with access to approximately 20,000 ATMs across Türkiye for free transactions.
Ziraat Katilim delivers its services through a multi-channel structure, including Mobile and Internet Banking, the Call Center, and 10,393 POS terminals. Within this structure, Katilim Mobil serves as the Bank's main digital service channel and its gateway to the digital world. Through Katilim Mobil, customers can perform retail and corporate banking transactions quickly and securely on a 24/7 basis and can instantly communicate with customer representatives via the Live Support service. Digital channels are utilized as a key component supporting customer experience.
Banking transactions can also be carried out via the Customer Communication Center at (0850) 220 50 00. As part of Ziraat Katilim's "unlimited and timeless banking" approach, the Customer Communication Center is one of the service channels offered via telephone, enabling customers to perform their transactions 24/7.
