Stakeholder Map and Stakeholder Engagement
The Bank's key stakeholders include all individuals and organizations that directly or indirectly interact with Ziraat Katilim, influence its activities or are affected by them. The Bank identifies its stakeholders by considering the level of interaction with its operations and the scope of mutual impact and conducts stakeholder engagement and prioritization processes through a transparent and inclusive approach.
When defining its business strategy and priorities, Ziraat Katilim considers the expectations of key stakeholders and evaluates the short-, medium- and long-term impacts of its activities on these stakeholders, as well as the value generated. Understanding the material topics and expectations of stakeholders contributes to the Bank's ability to manage risks and opportunities more effectively.

In line with its strategic framework, the Bank establishes and utilizes various communication channels by taking into account the expectations and needs of different stakeholder groups. This structure supports continuity in stakeholder communication and aims to ensure sustained and structured interaction.
Ziraat Katilim is committed to maintaining an open, transparent and trust-based communication structure with its stakeholders. In this context, a variety of communication channels and engagement tools are utilized. The Bank's key stakeholder groups include management, shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers, regulatory authorities, national and international banks and other financial institutions, credit rating agencies, sectoral associations and organizations, media and society.
