Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
Employee Satisfaction
Ziraat Katilim considers employee satisfaction as the main source of customer satisfaction and corporate success. In this context, the Bank aims to strengthen employee motivation and corporate engagement through comprehensive human resources practices covering compensation, fringe benefits, career development and the working environment.
The Bank provides a multi-channel communication structure through which employees can share their feedback. Suggestions from employees are collected through the Sharing Platform via the EBA Application. These suggestions are evaluated by the Organization, Process and Quality Unit and forwarded to the relevant units. Implementation efforts are initiated for ideas considered feasible, while reasoned feedback is provided for others. Employees are encouraged through various rewards for suggestions that are implemented. In addition, employees can share any requests and suggestions with Career and Appointment Authorities at any time.
At Ziraat Katilim, fringe benefits and social support are shaped in line with employees' needs and expectations as well as market practices. The requests of union-member employees are received through the authorized union and are taken into consideration during collective bargaining processes.
Fringe Benefits
Ziraat Katilim implements comprehensive fringe benefit practices that support its employees in achieving a high level of welfare both during their active working life and in retirement. Within this framework, benefits such as the employer-contributed private pension system (BES), life insurance, TZH Foundation private health insurance, foreign language allowance and childcare allowance are provided. Within the scope of social support, the Bank stands by its employees through payments such as childbirth assistance, marriage assistance, child achievement awards, family achievement support and special education support.
In order to support employee health, the Bank also implements health-oriented practices such as dietitian services. By providing compassionate leave for employees' short-term personal needs, the Bank contributes to work'life balance.
All fringe benefits offered by the Bank are determined in line with corporate culture, economic data, sectoral practices and the Bank's risk structure. Strategic fringe benefits are decided by the Board of Directors, while implementation principles are managed by the Head Office. Employee requests and suggestions regarding the development of fringe benefits are collected through one-on-one meetings and email channels. These requests are analyzed based on criteria such as cost, corporate culture and feasibility and submitted to management for evaluation, after which the necessary actions are taken.
Maternity / Parental Leave
Ziraat Katilim monitors the leave processes of employees who take maternity leave and supports their return to working life after the leave period.
In order to support employees during their parenthood processes, the Bank provides financial childbirth assistance payments in addition to legally mandated maternity leave.
